  • Bilingual Analyst to review dealer requests for incentive payments. This is a full time position (M-F, 8:30-5). Ability to clearly communicate to dealers in English and French about technical issues related to incentive claiming. In addition, maintain process controls and metrics. Communicate issues to other team members and Supervisor.

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrate ability to learn program rules and analyze / approve / deny incentive claims. Work in a team atmosphere Multitasking using phone and computer (Excel / Outlook / Internal systems).

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience as a claims analyst / working in a call centre environment. Experience working in bilingual atmosphere.

Education Required:

  • University or College education preferred-with a business focus.
