As a Customer Care Sales Representative, you’ll have the opportunity to help people every day on behalf of the best companies you already know and love. What you’ll be doing
You will use your positive attitude and your sales skills to make an impact on your customers’ day. Your main responsibilities will include:
Communicating with potential customers by inbound and/or outbound telephone calls, email or chat to introduce the client’s products and services
Quoting prices, soliciting orders and persuading customers to buy
Explaining services and special promotions to customers while following the script and company, client and government regulations
Upselling and/or cross-selling products or services to customers, where appropriate
Completing appropriate documentation and recording necessary customer sales information at time of sale
Documenting status of all calls, indicating leads generated or leads which could not be pursued
If required, meeting specified sales goals and conversions set by the client while maintaining quality standards and customer service
Provide feedback and recommendations to your manager on ways the company can improve
Perform other duties as assigned by your management team

Who we’re looking for
The best fit for this job is someone who:
Has a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
Is successful in a sales role
Can be persuasive but not pushy
Has previous sales experience (preferred)
Is competitive, but also team-oriented
Can solve problems logically
Has good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Possesses excellent communication skills
Cares about helping their customers
Has the ability to multitask well
Can adapt to a flexible schedule
Can maintain the highest level of confidentiality
