We hope you will become a part of it! We are currently seeking a dynamic, Junior Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team.

In today’s competitive marketplace, where every marketing and advertising dollar counts, the ATS Marketing Team stands by our mandate, which is to produce powerful marketing and sales tools for our company and valued clients. We look for professionals who are creative, versatile, and passionate about marketing and developing creative tools to further promote our systems and services. Applicants must have very strong problem-solving abilities, be able to work individually or collaborate with a team and be able to follow branding guidelines. Delivery of projects on tight deadlines is required. You must have the ability to work on solutions quickly and develop marketing materials from scratch to create new, unconventional solutions for ATS and our clients.

As our Junior Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you will:

  • Upload marketing material to online libraries, internet groups, and social media sites;
  • Assist with the creation of information for promotional literature;
  • Write articles and promotional material for the company;
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and literature;
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities;
  • Assist the marketing manager and support the marketing team with marketing activities and projects;
  • Prepare interesting written copy for ATS branded websites;

As our Junior Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you must have:

  • Successful completion of College/University with a 3-year degree in Social Media Marketing / Content Marketing/Copywriting;
  • At least one year of experience with Advertising or Marketing agency experience being beneficial;
  • Knowledge of copywriting, design, and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) with emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop;
  • Knowledge of Sprout Social & other Social Media Management Tools;
  • Understanding of Adobe Acrobat DC, and all Microsoft Office programs;
  • Great Attention to detail;
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is an asset;
  • An understanding of French is an asset.
