As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for creating and maintaining business intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions, from the data acquisition/transformation processes all the way to the end user reports and dashboards. This position will collaborate with data scientists, database administrators, business clients, data architects and business analysts and provide technical solutions, consulting and advice in the areas of data warehousing/business intelligence and analytics.
As a successful candidate you will possess in-depth knowledge on developing and maintaining ETL routines, data warehouse structures, dimensional models, dashboards and reports. Working with the different clients, you will troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and query performance problems. In addition, you will advise in the acquisition, implementation, maintenance and modernization of business intelligence (BI) and analytics tools and solutions.
You will use your excellent communication skills and ability to self-start, demonstrate leadership skills and manage multiple priorities and workloads to help you be successful as you research, design, develop and support solutions and evaluate and make recommendations regarding the deployment of technology, tools, platforms, applications, and solutions related to business intelligence and data analytics.
A minimum of a University Degree in Computer Science or related discipline plus five (5) years related experience including one (1) year progressive experience leading technical projects within a specific discipline
