Quality Administrator At Agility Logistics

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Performs a variety of administrative and clerical assistance to support the Quality Department. Your communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills enable you to work with limited guidance in a close team setting, readily available to adjust to changing priorities of the various departments you will support.

Primary job duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Performs administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry and report generation, to support the timely, accurate, and thorough maintenance of files, logs, and records
  • Support and help maintain internal quality system via database maintenance, file, scanning and management assistance.
  • Provides support and assistance to Quality Manager to ensure high levels of productivity. This will include but not limited to:
    • QEHS Document Management, Supplier Management, NCR & Claims Documentation Administration
    • New Hire set up
    • Training Record maintenance
    • Keep accurate and thorough records in electronic format (unless required in paper form)
  • Assist with internal audits as well as coordinate corrective actions in response to audit findings.
  • Assist and participate on continuous improvement projects
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

All Education and Experience requirements comply with provincial human rights legislation.

Education and Experience include:

  • University Degree or equivalent Vocational Award
  • 3 years proven quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) experience
  • Experience in root cause and corrective action methodology
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting internal audits
  • Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Organization skills with the ability to work with changing priorities and deadlines
