Customer Success Engineer At AdPerfect

Location: New Westminster, British Columbia

Job Description

AdPerfect is an established best-in-class technology company and solutions provider. This role involves post-sales configuration and implementation to onboard customers, customer adoption, customer retention, and overall customer satisfaction.

You will need to understand SaaS platforms, technical systems, and enjoy working directly with customers. You will scope out a project by analyzing the customer’s systems and business needs and pairing that with our system functionality. You will work close with customers and internal teams to configure and launch AdPerfect services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new and existing business customers onto various AdPerfect platforms and services
  • Collaborate with customer and internal teams to provide an efficient, well managed launch of AdPerfect services for new and existing customers.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of AdPerfect services, and guide customers to appropriate, existing solutions whenever possible
  • Develop and recommend solutions to customer issues and challenges with an ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
  • Anticipate customers requirements and possible challenges – make our customers successful
  • Manage priorities with customers and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of management
  • Take ownership of accounts and ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Provide suggestions and consult with internal teams to improve products and processes
  • Be willing to continuously learn
  • Follow basic project management processes

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience with software-as-a-service (SaaS)
  • Work experience with customer facing roles in support or implementations
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging environment with minimal supervision
  • Experience collecting, analyzing and summarizing data for internal and external customers
  • Independent thinker and problem solver with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Ability to self-prioritize and escalate proactively
  • Experience formalizing and implementing processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Nice to have some background, experience, or education in computer science
  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Computer Science, or similar
  • Follow basic project management processes
