The Challenge

The Adobe Inside Sales team is looking for a high-energy, competitive, and self motivated individual to join Adobe's Inside Sales group in Toronto as an Account Development Manager (ADM) for the Adobe Experience Cloud.


What You Will Do

ADMs are responsible for nurturing our prospectives buyers through the early stages of their buyer journey and uncover opportunities to be handed over to the Field Account Executive. This includes target market penetration, calling on CXOs, senior-level executives, trade show attendance, following up on marketing generated leads, webinar and event follow-up, and more.

  • Generate and nurture viable high-quality leads.
  • Product focus: Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Maintain proactive relationships with all partners associated with respective opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generating targets.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 1-3 years previous sales experience required.
  • Consistent over-achievement in past positions.
  • 4 year Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience
  • Skill to keep Salesforce.com up to-date with lead/opportunity notes, qualification status/tracking, correct marketing event codes with the ability to track success.
  • Adhere to and enforce lead/opportunity distribution processes, policies and procedures.
  • Build team brand and personal brand by achieving top internal and external customer service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly qualified opportunity targets.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity goals.
  • Must possess an understanding of basic sales methodologies.
  • Experience owning a quota or some form of performance-based delivery a plus.
  • Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have experience crafting business messages.
  • Strong attention to detail, good listener, good organizational skills.
