Job Description

Overview:

The Brand Marketing Manager will primarily focus on communications and awareness, supporting the marketing team with offline and B2B marketing efforts for Adherium and its Smartinhaler technology. The role will additionally have digital components.

The position is a strategic, operational, and analytical and the role is accountable for awareness at the national and local levels.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the strategic development, implementation and execution of brand promotion and communication plans that optimize brand performance on time and within budget.
Collaborate and coordinate closely with external vendors, supporting the VP of Marketing with brand oversight, direction and budgeting.
Lead all internal and external communications for the marketing team that involve the brand, brand collateral, public relations and corporate campaigns/platforms
Spearhead efforts for trade shows and events
Lead all B2B marketing efforts for payers, providers and physicians, leveraging both online and offline channels
Build strategic partnerships with relevant players in the BD ecosystem
Initiate and manage the process as it pertains to the review and approval of all marketing pieces for clinical, legal and regulatory approval.
Closely liaise with the Sales team to adopt customer's perspectives in order to anticipate their expectations allowing development and evaluation of solutions accordingly

Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
Have 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in events and PR, with exposure to B2B marketing in the healthcare space
Be a great communicator with a team-oriented approach
Be hard-working, detail-oriented, organized, and results-oriented
Have an analytical mindset, i.e., able to learn to assess Marketing campaign performance in order to inform future campaign design, or to calculate and interpret Marketing performance metrics
Prior experience with marketing and CRM tools such as Hubspot
Prior experience with paid social: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator) a plus
Proficiency in excel
Prior experience creating content for offline and online use
Excellent Project Management skills
