Job Description

Adecco is currently hiring for a National Account Manager for our client located in Toronto, ON. In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate needs to have at least two years of sales team management experience and at least four years in a consultative sales specifically in a sales driven company. Our client is an international sales supplier that has been in business over 20 years in Canada and 15 years in the US.

The National Account Manager drives revenue as well as the primary liaison between the internal and external clients. They will manage local, regional and national sales campaigns from top to bottom. As well, they will mentor and develop the field sales force from hiring to promotion,

The compensation package is a base salary of between $55 000 to $65 000 plus a bonus structure dependent upon performance, 3 weeks’ vacation, full benefits and continual training to their staff.

The National Account Manager Key Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for managing field reps, stakeholders – both internal and external and roll out of new programs (ICL’s), trainings for both clients and field reps,
Accountable for working with team to launch new products, ensuring client buy in and understanding and focus on full implementation
Effectively maintain compliance to company, government legislation, internal and external clients and department representatives
Consistently able to meet campaign sales and implementation goals through mentoring and developing field teams

The National Account Manager Mandatory Qualifications Include:

Two years of people management experience in a sales focused environment along with four years of consultative sales experience
Have an entrepreneurial disposition along with some exposure to the service industry
Have strong oral and written communication skills as will be interacting with various levels of stakeholders
Ability to work within a fast paced, customer centric environment with demanding and time sensitive projects
Superior organization, detailed, prioritization, independent work and time management skills
Able to travel both locally and across the country
MS Office products proficiency
Have a Bachelor Degree
Bilingual French/English is definitely an asset
