National Account Manager (London or GTA) At 3M

Location: London, Ontario

Job Description

3M is seeking a National Account Manager for its Stationery and Office Supplies team located in London, ON or the GTA. The successful candidate will make an impact furthering the relationship with the key account to mutual benefit, growing sales, and seeking new and innovative ways to partner for sustainable growth within this established industry. The candidate will also work closely with brand marketing, shopper marketing, and inside sales to set the strategy for field execution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Represent 3M as the primary contact and relationship owner to the Key Account
  • Develop and execute the Key Account plan for sustainable growth
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets
  • Manage the launch of promotions and products/new products at the Key Account
  • Actively manage the sales hopper in Salesforce for all programs and opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary education
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Strong ethics and integrity
  • Eager and able to quickly learn and execute account management responsibilities
  • Proficient in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Knowledge of B2B distribution, consumer business, and/or marketing will be considered an asset
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com
  • Solid analytical skills

Travel: In this role, you will be required to travel approximately 25% of the time, which may involve overnight stays. A valid driver’s license is required.
