Customer Support Agent At 247 Recruitment Group

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

Demonstrate your initiative and professional drive as our latest hire! Our customer support team is growing and looking for like-minded individuals to join us. You will be connecting with our existing customers and contributing to customer acquisition plans. In this role you will generate market interest in our products and services while assisting all existing customers with their queries and concerns. Our ideal candidate will have outstanding work ethic and attention to detail. You will build connections with ease and maintain relationships effortlessly with your exceptional communication skills and customer-centered philosophy.

Position details:
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
  • Connect with customers in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Go above and beyond to deliver exceptional solutions to customer concerns
  • Remain up to date on client offerings and products
  • Demonstrate an expert knowledge of our products and services
  • Develop a customer first approach to consumer care
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma, higher education preferred
  • Experience in customer service preferred, but not necessary
  • The ability to work a minimum of 3 days per week, full time availability preferred
  • Clear, concise communication style
  • The ability to remain calm and collected under a high volume, fast paced work environment
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
