Regional Sales Manager
We are one of the largest Appliance & HVAC parts distribution companies in the country!
We need an experienced and highly motivated Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record of developing and maintaining new accounts while achieving territory financial goals.
This is a very profitable, long term career opportunity.
The primary focus includes development of revenue via opportunity identification & opening of new accounts as well as revenue growth from your base of current active accounts.
* Maintain a 35 in person sales call average per week.* Develop new accounts and execute an approved territory growth plan.* Create and maintain professional business relationships with key decision makers.* Utilization of consultative selling skills.* Manage customer relationships to ensure retention, growth and client satisfaction.* Complete regular sales call plans & results as well as other basic company reporting.
Desired Experience and Skills:
* Three or more years outside business to business account development experience. * Large geographic sales territory management experience.* Experience and working knowledge of consultative selling skills.* Able to demonstrate a consistent history of attaining assigned revenue goals.* Experience & proven success in selling/growing a blend of small & large accounts.* Proficiency in the use Microsoft Office tools.* Ability to work independently.* Ability to manage the account base and necessary travel including some overnights.
